Our multi-entity product is customisable on
a
company-by-company basis and has been developed to address the needs of
those organisations requiring separate configurations for each business
entity.
Each entity may have different expense
categories,
base currencies, credit card programmes, mileage or per diem rates, but
may share common approvers or accounts staff, and may require
consolidated reporting across the group.
This functionality is well suited to
multinational organisations
with subsidiaries in different countries or a business group with
disparate operational subsidiaries.
It can also be used to separate the claim
process
of senior management from that of junior employees, to manage competing
sales teams with separate client lists, or to manage groups of people
with specific requirements that are not shared by others in the
organisation. For example, it might be that only the field engineers
need to record client/project information.
