Here's how it works
| 1. Expense claims are created and submitted from the offline version, which is typically installed on a laptop computer. |
| 2. When the user is next online, the expense claims are uploaded and sent for approval. |
| 3. On the online version, the expense claims appear as submitted, and are approved and processed in the same way as expense claims created and submitted online. |
