Our receipt attachments functionality allows users to attach files of almost any format to support an expense claim.

It’s easy to attach a scanned image or a digital photograph of receipts. In most cases, a user can even use the camera on a mobile phone to create receipt images.

File formats supported include html emails (perhaps received from an airline by way of confirmation of a ticket purchase), invoices in PDF format, Microsoft Excel and Word documents, as well as jpegs and other common image formats.

The full list of file formats supported is outlined below, with the only restriction being that the file size shouldn’t exceed 5 MB.
