IT service provider and value-added reseller Probrand has built its reputation on a track record of helping businesses to maximise the benefits of technology.

One area they focused on was the management of employee expenses. Probrand faced the challenge of using a paper-based system – mileage and reclaimable VAT was one of the key areas that needed to be addressed for the business.

We also wanted to ensure mileage would be calculated correctly with our teams that are on the road.”
Before going live with Webexpenses, Probrand pilot tested the system which they found really beneficial, especially being able to see how the system works from an end user point of view.
With a number of our team being on the road – our engineers and sales representatives, the expenses app has saved our employees time uploading receipts on the go – they no longer need to wait until the end-of-month to search through their receipts. When we first went live with Webexpenses, we initially had 40 users, this has increased to 50 users and we now add all new starters straight onto the expense system too.
