What do office grumbles reveal about UK businesses
Webexpenses wanted to explore what lies behind some of most common workplace complaints. We commissioned a survey of 1,041 full-time UK office workers to find out how office grumbles can reveal underlying issues within UK businesses.
What emerged is the importance employees now place on technology with more than a quarter saying they were frustrated by the outdated tech in their office. Furthermore, a staggering 85 percent said they would be able to work for more efficiently if they had better technology. One of the main outdated processes highlighted was that paper-based expense management.
