Sciensus is the UK’s largest provider of home healthcare services, with around 1,500 employees and caring for more than 150,000 patients each year. Operating throughout the UK, their wide range of services help to improve patient care and reduce costs.

Challenges faced with expense management

Before Webexpenses, Sciensus used paper expenses, so employees would post their expenses through to their managers for approval. These would then be transferred over to a spreadsheet. 

It all took a great deal of time and one of the challenges Sciensus faced was having to be reliant on the postal service, as sometimes things could get lost in the system.
