TransMedia Dynamics case study

Locations:

Industries:

Media asset management company TransMedia Dynamics are a worldwide organisation, they have offices in the UK, US, Australia and Malaysia.

TransMedia Dynamics had an outdated expense system described as ‘terrible’ and that ‘only a robot’ could figure out, this was not ideal for a thriving business that was expanding globally.

How webexpenses helped

TransMedia Dynamics no longer wanted an expense system that their Finance teams and claimants could not use, and so Webexpenses’ was brought in so all users could easily manage their expenses, anytime, anywhere.

Being able to handle multiple currencies and correct exchange rates was perfect for TransMedia Dynamics, they really could manage their expenses wherever they were travelling to whether it being with the mobile app or desktop version.

“A big advantage is that it automatically applies the correct exchange rates for you. If I arrive in the UK and buy a drink at the airport, it’s in pounds but an hour or so ago, it may have been euros or dollars.”

Ben Cousens, Product Manager
