Webexpenses Achieves ‘Built for NetSuite’ Status

New suite app meets the NetSuite SiteCloud Platform Development Standards and Documented Best Practices

Oxford, UK – 11th September 2019 – Webexpenses, a leading global provider of expense management software, announced today that its Webexpenses application has achieved the ‘Built for NetSuite’ status. The new SuiteApp, built using the Oracle NetSuite SuiteCloud Computing Platform, enables users to quickly and easily file and manage expense reports through automated and integrated expense reporting processes.

Built for NetSuite is a program for NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN) partners that provides partners with the information, resources, and methodology required to help verify that their applications and integrations meet NetSuite standards and best practices. The Built for NetSuite program is designed to give NetSuite customers additional confidence that SuiteApps have been built to meet these standards.

“Expenses are one of the most dreaded processes employees face. Our goal is to make that not the case,” said Adam Reynolds, CEO, Webexpenses. “By working with NetSuite, we are offering our customers a more seamless way to manage their expenses while also ensuring integration with broader finance processes.”

With NetSuite, Webexpenses customers can work seamlessly with an automated workflow across finance and expense data. The Webexpenses application automates the entire expense process, including receipt capture, claim building and approval, and lets employees build expense claims in less than 30 seconds. In addition, with a time-saving intelligent receipt matching feature that automatically pairs the right receipts to expense reports, businesses can fully automate the management of their cash and company credit card expenses.

“Creating, filing and managing corporate expenses can be a cumbersome process,” said Guido Haarmans, VP SuiteCloud Developer Network, and Partner Programs, Oracle NetSuite. “Webexpenses’ SuiteApp extends NetSuite for more seamless management of the expense process so employees can spend more time on driving strategic business initiatives rather than manual tasks.”
