Webexpenses attend the UK Customer Experience Awards 2017
The webexpenses team were excited to attend the prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards on Thursday night at Wembley Stadium after being shortlisted as a finalist for ‘Customers at the heart of everything’ award, sponsored by Confirmit.
Webexpenses submitted an application based around their high quality customer service and how they make sure they consistently fulfill their mission of ‘always exceeding expectations’, and going above and beyond for their customers.
They were then given the opportunity to demonstrate and showcase the clear customer service structure, initiative, results and exactly why their customer service stands out in a 30 minute presentation at Wembley. Although they didn’t win the award, the event was a fantastic experience.
