Webexpenses selected as finalists for Growing Business Awards 2020

Webexpenses has been shortlisted as finalists for the customer care category in this year’s Growing Business Awards.

Now in its 22nd year, the Growing Business Awards uses a finely-honed judging process to honour the best high-growth businesses in the UK.

Webexpenses has been selected as a finalist in the Customer Experience and Loyalty Award category by a panel of leading UK entrepreneurs and business leaders.

The category recognises those UK businesses that have achieved growth by delivering consistent levels of exceptional customer experience.

The final round of judging takes place in September with the Webexpenses team facing a 20-minute interview in front of the judges as they compete for the top spot.

Customer service: Exceeding expectations

Adam Reynolds, CEO of Webexpenses said:

“It’s a great honour to be shortlisted, and especially for something that’s at the heart of everything we do. While we continue to grow, our focus and our commitment to providing the best customer experience remains the same.”

Since being launched in 2000, Webexpenses has grown from its Oxfordshire HQ into a global operation with offices in the US and Australia and a user-base across more than 70 countries.

The Growing Business Awards was launched in 1998 and has a track record for predicting UK success stories with past winners including Innocent Drinks and Betfair.

The Growing Business Award winners will be announced on November 25th at a ceremony taking place in the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in London,
