Webexpenses provides a fully paperless process that unlocks all the benefits of real-time data, task automation, and policy checks.
The system combines a smartphone app and advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) scanning to allow paper receipts to be instantly converted into a digital format.

As a major approver of expense claims, it is very simple to review and validate claims, including adding notes or comments regarding specific items within the claim.”
The system allows the use of automated email reminders to ensure that approvers don’t miss any claims that are waiting to be reviewed.
