On 17 September, we brought customers together at the Strand Palace Hotel for Reaching New Heights in Finance, a CPD-accredited afternoon packed with insight, inspiration, and a little fun.
Guests heard from three brilliant speakers: Becky Holmes on the sharp rise of romance fraud, Bob Judson (ex-RAF Air Vice-Marshal) on leadership under pressure, and Kevon Kelly, AI Sherpa at Tenzing, on where AI is heading next.

Becky Holmes – Author and romance fraud expert
In 2020, Becky started wasting romance scammers’ time and publicly calling them out as @deathtospinach. Today she’s a go-to expert on romance fraud for professionals and the media alike. She’s the author of Keanu Reeves Is Not in Love with You and The Future of Fraud, which came out in April 2026.
Key takeaway: Fraud isn’t about being gullible. It’s about manipulation, and none of us are immune.

Bob Judson – Former RAF Air Vice-Marshal | Co-founder, Leading 4 Life
Bob spent more than 34 years in the RAF. He started as a fast-jet pilot and retired in 2015 as an Air Vice-Marshal. After consulting at Deloitte, he co-founded Leading 4 Life in 2019 to help individuals and teams sharpen their leadership. He also hosts the Leading 4 Life “Stories” podcast.
Key takeaway: Leading under pressure isn’t instinct. It’s preparation, practised long before you need it.

Kevon Kelly – AI Sherpa, Tenzing
Kevon works hands-on with Tenzing’s portfolio companies to find high-impact AI opportunities and turn them into working tools. He trained as a mechanical engineer and researched robotic perception at university. From there he joined a London robotics startup and then founded his own robotics agency, before AI became the natural next step.
Key takeaway: Find where AI creates value, test it fast, and only scale what works.
