For IT teams

Most IT evaluations of expense management software come down to four questions.

Here are the honest answers.

Security certifications

ISO 27001 certified. SOC 2 Type II. PCI DSS v4.0. GDPR compliant. Webexpenses is hosted on Amazon Web Services with end-to-end encryption, redundant infrastructure, and full data residency controls. Penetration testing is conducted annually. All documentation is available in the Trust Centre; you don’t need to request it through sales.

SSO & provisioning

Single sign-on via OneLogin and SAML-compatible identity providers. SCIM provisioning and Azure Active Directory integration support automated user lifecycle management: employees are provisioned when they join and deprovisioned when they leave, without manual admin.

ERP integration

Pre-built, two-way connectors for 50+ ERP and accounting systems: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, Xero, and more. These are native integrations, not middleware or CSV workarounds. Technical integration documentation is available via the Trust Centre.

Data & privacy

GDPR compliant. Data Processing Agreement available on request. UK data residency option available. Retention policies are configurable. Your data is yours, exportable in full at any point.

For HR & Operations teams

Zero-touch provisioning. Policy in the app. Employees who actually get reimbursed on time.

New starters get expense access on day one, automatically

Connect Webexpenses to your HRIS and expense access is provisioned as part of the onboarding flow. New employees get the right access for their role, department, and approval chain without HR or IT manually adding them to the platform. When someone leaves, their access is removed.

Your expense policy lives in the software, not in a document nobody reads

Policy rules (spending limits, category restrictions, receipt requirements, approval thresholds) are configured in Webexpenses and enforced automatically at the point of submission. When you update the policy, the software enforces the new rules immediately.

Employees who get paid back quickly are happier employees

Late reimbursements are a consistent source of employee friction, particularly for staff who regularly put business expenses on personal cards. Webexpenses supports direct reimbursement to employee bank accounts, significantly reducing the time between claim and payment.

What our customers say

Webexpenses supports SSO via SAML-compatible identity providers. Azure AD and OneLogin are confirmed integrations. Okta and Google Workspace can be connected via SAML. Confirm your specific IdP with the implementation team.
