Webexpenses & CIPHR integrate to manage expenses and people

Award-winning expense management provider Webexpenses now fully integrates with CIPHR’s people management software, providing benefits for HR and finance teams, as well as employees.

The new partnership brings the following benefits:

Instant access

The integration means that Webexpenses accounts for any new starters are automatically set up as soon as they have been added to CIPHR, creating a real-time saving for organisations that are growing fast.

Single sign-on

The two systems are linked by a single sign-on, enabling employees to access Webexpenses from the CIPHR HR system they already use with just a single click.

Security and compliance

The connection between the systems is secure and compliant. Employees’ Webexpenses accounts are automatically deactivated when they are marked as leavers in CIPHR.

Access on the go

Both systems can be accessed via mobile devices by all users.

Adam Reynolds, CEO of Webexpenses says:

Expenses are a people process. Through our integration with CIPHR, we’re proud to offer a seamless solution to HR, finance, and employees to manage expenses. We share a number of clients with CIPHR, and are confident that this integration will further enhance their experience of using both systems.

Megan Hope, partner manager at CIPHR says:

We were looking for a trusted expenses partner – one that can match our commitment to putting integrated systems at the heart of HR – and that’s what we found with Webexpenses. We already have a few joint clients, which naturally makes this partnership feel like a great fit. We’re really excited to be able to offer customers a joined-up HR and expenses solution that works for HR, finance, and staff alike.
