The integration means that Webexpenses accounts for any new starters are automatically set up as soon as they have been added to CIPHR, creating a real-time saving for organisations that are growing fast.

Single sign-on

The two systems are linked by a single sign-on, enabling employees to access Webexpenses from the CIPHR HR system they already use with just a single click.

Security and compliance

The connection between the systems is secure and compliant. Employees’ Webexpenses accounts are automatically deactivated when they are marked as leavers in CIPHR.

Access on the go

Both systems can be accessed via mobile devices by all users.
